What is the statute of limitations for age discrimination against a big company (over 300 workers) if I already filed my EEOC complaint in April 2011 and have not received any response? Can I sue in the federal court or state court?

The statute of limitations on an ADEA claim runs out 300 days after the discrimination occurred. The statute of limitations for filing an EEOC action runs out 180 days from the date on which the discrimination occurred.
You should contact the EEOC to determine the status of your case with them and ask them why they did not send you a right-to-sue letter.
