Legal Question in Employment Law in New York
Statute of limitations for even willful accounts?
What is the statute of limitations for willful accounts for collection/lawsuits? Unemployment for the state of New York is attempting to collect a 15 year old debt due to an overpay in monies. What is the statue of limitations for them to attempt to collect these monies?

This is under the topic. You should file it under general civil procedure, and indicate whether the debt has been reduced to a judgment or not.
If not, the contract SL is 6 years, breach of warranty 4 years, but the underlying facts determine the SL.
