Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

can i sue my ex boss in small claim for refusing to give me my last week of pay and also for the long period of time i have been waiting to get what i worked for.I was pregnant at the time and due to the way i was refused my money that i work for i went into depression and had to see a social worker.It has been 4 months now and i,m still waiting for it.

You can sue in small claims court or you can file a complaint with the New York Department of Labor.
