Legal Question in Employment Law in New York
Can my supervisor use religiously discriminatory words against me, in email form as well as in person with witnesses?
He has done so on at least 2 occasions. I work for a multi BILLION dollar company. The company has admitted guilt on the part of my supervisor. Other problems have suddenly appeared in my records which I believe might be considered to be retaliatory. Do I have a case against the company or supervisor (or both)?
