do i have a case if an employer terminated me for not calling out and i proved that i did call out i proved them with my phone records and they still terminated me do i have a case

Please note that the State of New York is an employment at will state.

Accordingly, employers can discharge you for any reason except racial, age, gender, and ethnicity related reasons.
