Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

termination

used to work in restaurant as a full time until recently started working part-time there...twice a week...coz got better one for 4 a week somewhere...now, i've been terminated from the restaurant without notice saying no more part-time...is it legal

It's legal. The bigger question might be if you worked overtime when you were F/T and if your employer paid you appropriately.
