Unlawful demotion
If I was promoted to full time and
going to school part time and after
1 year of employment my class
schedule change for my next semester and I told and show my
employers I need certain hours for
school but I'm still able to work the
40hrs for them and they say no and
demote me back to part time do I
have a case?

not unless you have a written contract that says you can do it.
