Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

Unpaid dues as per Offer Letter

I took up a job with a NY employer in Nov 2004 and my (signed) offer letter was structured with a base component and bonus/incentive component based on revenue generated by the clients I managed. They terminated my services in Sep 2005 and since then have been mum about the status of my dues (no answer).

They paid my severance pay (negotiated before taking up the job and mentioned in the offer letter) after a lot of reminders. They have still not paid my accrued vacation (paid time off) and I have unpaid expense statements that I am afraid, would not be paid.

Can someone help?

Re: Unpaid dues as per Offer Letter

Do you have a record of what you claim to be due? Did you have to sign any papers in order to receive your severance? I would be happy to take a look at your claim for you.

Should you like to discuss this or any other legal matter, you can e-mail me for more information about low cost face-to-face, on-line, or a telephone consultation with a lawyer in our office.
