Vacation time earned

Can a company hold your vacation time you have earned if you get fired?

Probably not. Send a certified letter requesting your accrued vacation. If that doesn't work, file a complaint with the State Department of Labor.

It all depends upon your employee manual which would explain in detail what happens in a situation like this. In order to properly advise you, I would need to see a copy of the employee manual. However, most employee manuals state that in the event of termination "for cause" an employee would lose all vacation time.
