You may be entitled to your accrued vacation time and more. Before signing anything, you should consult with an attorney.

My office handles severance negotiations to maximize cash payments and benefits when leaving a company. The process can be handled entirely through correspondence with your former company. You may contact us through SeveranceAttorney.com or via email.

Re: vacation time and termation

In general in employer is required to pay an employee accrued vacation time unless the employer has a policy of forfeiture which was expressed in writing during employment. You can give me a call and we can try to determine if your employer had a forfeiture clause and to see if we can get your employer to pay your accrued vacation without a fight.
