Legal Question in Employment Law in New York
If I did not used my vacation time on the corresponding year, am I legally cover to collect the funds on the following year?

The answer to your question can be found in your company’s policies and procedures manual. There is no remedy at law unless there is a breach of an agreement. Lastly, personnel manuals are not agreements nor employment contracts.
