Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

walking out of the job, and not getting payed

I went on vacation and never went back to work, because of bad treatment. I am trying to claim my check for the hours i put in before leaving, but the owners don't seem to be cooperating. What can I do?.... is it legal for them to not pay me?

It depends, are you looking to get paid for hours you actually worked or looking to get paid for your vacation hours prior to quitting?

Should you like to discuss this or any other legal matter, you can e-mail me for more information about low cost face-to-face, on-line, or a telephone consultation with a lawyer in our office.
