Legal Question in Employment Law in New York
My wife is doing set designs for high schools. Part of the work will include her designing sets that are built by students. What happens is one of the sets is poorly built by the students and it falls on another student, who is liable? My wife may also rent sets from another school. Who pays for these items to be insured, and what happens if something fails and someone is injured?
