At Will Employment
Does an employer in an at will employment state have to follow their written termination policy,or does the at will law overrule an employers policy,although the employers policy is very specific?

At will employment is at will. Despite having a procedure, you will find most employee manuals today have a disclaimer that the company's employment is employment at will. The question otherwise is very fact specific, as to whether or not you relied on, and were justified in relying on any written promises in the handbook.
