Legal Question in Employment Law in New York
At my work the other day. A man was standing up facing in my direction actually masturbaing in the middle of the room. There have been numerous documented complaints about this man and my employer has done nothing about it until this had to happen. He was arrested but he may not even get fired. Can I sue both him and my employer for letting this happen?

If the employer had prior knowledge of his behavior it could make for a hostile work environment and you might have claims. Please call our office at 212-319-7600 and we can get further information from you in order the assess any possible claims. Please ask for Chris Brennan when you call.
