Re: work issues

Well, if you complained to your employer about sexual or racial discrimination, and if there's a reasonable likelihood that your employment was then terminated in retaliation, you may very well have a claim against your employer. The facts of your case would have to be examined in much more depth than you provide, however, in order to assess the viability of your claim.

Re: work issues

Retaliation for filing a legitimate claim of harassment and discrimination is illegal under New York State Law.

My office focuses primarily on situations in which people are unjustly terminated or disciplined, and we attempt to make them whole, by either financial restitution, job re-instatement, or both.

Please visit our website SeveranceAttorney.com or contact my office via email if you would like to schedule a telephone consultation.
