Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

I work for a large company with many locations. I work from home and my new boss changed my holiday schedule to the site he works in from the site I have reported to for six years. The new location holiday schedule has three fewer holidays than my old location.

Two questions really. Is it legal for different plants in the same company to have different numbers of holidays? And, is it legal for my boss to make this change without compensating the employees?

Thanks in advance.

Without an employment contract, you are an at-will employee. Your boss can fire you without cause. Therefore, if he changes your working conditions, you can either accept them or find another job.
