If two managers at a fast food restaurant were having extramarital affairs (with each other) and an employee was fired for knowing, what kind of penalties could the restaurant/mangers/owners face?

Re: Work Related Infidelity

most likely not many. It depends on the company policy. Most states have at will labor statutes and that makes it harder to collect. A sexual harassment suit would have to be made out. It is a low recovery suit. Hence it may be hard to find a lawyer who will want to handle it.

Good luck.
