Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

I have worked at a corporation for 5 years as a temp. I was hired directly through the company but am paid by a temp agency. I do not receive vacation, holiday pay or benefits, nor have I been given a raise in that time. I am paid by the hour. Is this legal?
