Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

I have worked at the same job for eleven years. In those ten years I have never been disciplined or written up. After I returned from maternity leave the first day back my title was changed, my office taken away, some of many responsibilities taken and given to the person who supervised my staff while I was on leave. From that point one I documented any interactions I had with my new manager. She was condescending and insulting in to my staff and self in front of patrons and other staff members. Finally I compiled a list concerns my staff and I had and called a meeting. The CEO said it was inappropriate to call this meeting and hurtful to my manager. I was written up H.R didn't say I didn't have to sign anything. For another year I documented harassment, my manager calling staff at home and threaten them. Some staff members complained of not getting lunch, or illegal hours. Finally I told my manager I was going to H.R about her behavior and a week later I lost my job. Is this legal?

1. While a manager and only minority I was the lowest paid manager.

2. Three other people held the same title as my self. The white male was paid a dollar more then me, the Caucasian women fifty cents more and me a women of color less then them both despite my education and ten years of experience. The young man didn't even have a degree.

3. Demoted the day I arrived from maternity leave (but pay stayed the same)

4. Consent harassment and poor treatment. In front of patrons and staff members. Many have witnessed it and have commented on this.

5. Two weeks after going to H.R I was fired.
