Legal Question in Employment Law in New York
I have been working with this Company since feb. of this yr. I was slary until about 3month's. Since i started clocking in there has been multiple time's that I was not payed for OT. Our time clock in a finger printed one. How can i obtain what they owe me if Im willing to persue some kind of action, if at all ??

You can report your employer to the NYS Department of Labour.
Of course your employer may retaliate.
