Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

Working Conditions

Company is in New York City and does not supply filtered cold drinking water, just from the tap. Approx. 200 people in office. Is this legal? The President does receive delivery of water in bottles for his refrigerator. The building also does not supply drinking water.

Re: Working Conditions

What law do you believe your company is violating? There is no legal obligation to provide employees with filtered water, nor is there an obligation for management to provide to employees the same benefits he receives for himself.
