Legal Question in Employment Law in New York
I was working for my job for about 6 monthsI got hit by a truck not at work. And i got fired. so I will like to know can they fire me for not being able to work

In NY the answer, unfortunately, is yes unless you have a contract. You can, however, apply for disability and/or unemployment benefits.
