Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

How to write a demand letter for wrongful termination asking for job back and back wages lost? We have proof from unemployment hearing that the discharge was wrongful and we cannot afford a lawyer.

Just because it was wrong it does not make it illegal. Perhaps you have a case if there was a diliberate violation of law and you are the victim. Lastly, management reserves the right to be stupid and that's not illegal.
