Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

wrongful temination

i was recently terminated because irefuse to continue to violate dot rules and regulations i:ve also file 4 claims with dot for the violationsand file 2 claims with department of labor for illegal deductions and kickback of wages,do i have a law suit and what is my next step?
