wrongful termination

manager of 10 years laid off due to senority leaving a 6 month manager an 7 year manager still employed, granted they are in different department

but i previously worked both these jobs.

do i have a case

There is no such thing as wrongful termination in

New York. We are the toughest employment at will state. You can be fired for ANY non discriminatory reason or no reason at all. Discriminatory reasons are those set forth in the Human Rights Laws. Not personal animosity.
