Legal Question in Employment Law in New York
Are four years of working for a company part-time, they informed me that if I do not go to full-time hours, my position will be terminated. Is this legal?

Yes, they can. Barring any contractual agreement that you may have with a company, there is no law that would prevent them from turning a part-time position in to a full-time position.
