Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

In New York, I am a vested employee for 10 years and eligible for defined contribution pension plan. my employer has not contributed any monies on my behalf. Mutual of America, the sponser has told my boss that this a violation. that was 11 months ago. what should be my next step? Thanks
