Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York

in 8/2004 my landlord took out an eviction notice against me.i move 4 months prior to this and was not aware of the notice until recently.i had paid all rent ontime except last month rent and the had my security deposit.will this come up as a criminal record on my background check .i am seeking employment
