Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York

I am an apartment owner and my apartment is looked after by my agents. Now my tenant has found a gold watch sewn into the guest room bed. The watch may have belonged to my previous tenant but he has died but without heirs. I want to ask - is the gold watch should belong to me, to my tenant or my agent..?
