apt share
my month to month tennant who move
in on the first of the month who live for
a year, gave me notice on the tenth
day of the month that she is leaving
the end of the same month should she
get get back her deposit even though
she has not return the keys?

She has not give you enough notice, on the other hand have you requested the keys back, You would be in your legal rights to withhold a month of security deposit.
