my brother
my brother rented his basement to a couple.They now have at least 4 people there and they lived out their security.They are not paying rent right now and any time my brother confronts them,they want to fight and argue.He knows it is illegal to rent the basement but he needed help to pay his mortgage.Can you tell me what he should do?
