Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York
I own a commercial property. The tenant is leaving this month and then I will be relocating the oil tank from below to above ground. The tenant has presented me with a bill for the remaining oil, which I do not need or want. Am I under any obligation to buy it?
