Complaints
In this condo made up of a group of condo and headed by a society. Included in this condo are various clubs. Jewish, Italian, Irish, travel, etc. when a complaint is filed with the society and action is taken against a club based on the complaint, is the club entitled to know who made the complaint so they may defend themselfs or can the complaintant remain anonymous?

There is likely no legal entitlement to know the name of the accuser, but the anser could change depending on the type of proceeding or the condos own rules and bylaws.

Condos can be very exaspirating!
If there is no right to such information in the Declaration or By-Laws, then perhaps the right could be found as necessary to respond to the complaint. This is not a 100% answer because your rights are defined by the Declaration, By-Laws, and RPL 339. And great deference is given to the condo board.
