detinue claims for limiting access to residence

my mother died,immediately manager & coop board try my eviction from a primary residence. was denied, won succession after hpd hear'gs. Inspite of paid maintenance fees, 17 months denied entrance keycard (deactivated) & last 10 mos ''daily sign in as-guest'' (even after case). no bldg laundryrm or park'g lot(paid/mom's car there)access! after 1 1/2 years,6/03 parkg lease terminated (26 days notice),told was mom's contract & succession unrelated. in 7/02, 50% surcharge added until 5/03. Being harassed & again eviction threats. Refused equity/shares/amortization transfer to my name, $10G sale offer only. Small estate with a will,but voluntary administrator refused - demand executrix letters/probate. aren't i due detinue claim?/advice!

My condolences on the loss of your mother. Of course coops include the right of succession. This means you do have the right to live there and become the owner yourself. How to do this is a little more complicated, but can be accomplished easily.
