Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York
I have a driving range that I lease from an owner of the property. My lease runs out on 1/20/2012. My insurance runs out on 10/20/2011 but I have closed the range and posted no trespassing signs. Should I maintain the insurance until the lease runs out?
