Eviction from Apartment

I received an eviction letter from the apartment manager. There must have been an overflow of dishwashin soap from the dishwasher and water was all over the kitchen floor and leaked down to the room below my apartment. The maintenance broke into my apartment in order to see what is going on (without consent from me) and saw the mess and stopped further damage from happening. Next day, the manager broke into my apartment and aparently had a look around my apartment. Afterwards, the manager stated in the eviction letter that I partied, which is not allowed, kept the apartment too dirty (she mentioned that it smelled and specifically said that it is ''disgusting''), and was too noisy. Before this incident, there has been several conflict with tenant who lives below me about noise level in my house, which was kept minimal at all times. Once, the tenant barged in and slammed the door into my face after yelling at me for partying when I was working on a class project with two of my colleagues. So my question is, is the above enough for the apartment to kick me out without a warning letter and was the reaction that I got from the manager, who yelled at me for all the above appropriate, because at the moment I am very annoyed and even angry

No a proper notice has to be served as well as a petition that must be served upon you AND filed with the court.
