if i have to go to court for non payment of rent, how long after the court date will i have to move out?

There is usually a five day stay and then there is 72 hours after the serving of the Warrant of Eviction. So figure a week or so. It depends on how fast the judge signs the warrant and how fast the marshall gets involved.
