Eviction Notice
I am not at that point yet...but i own a store...if i get an eviction notice.....people tell me i usually have about 3 months until its enforced.....what if i end up paying whats owed in that time?

Well it depends exactly what the eviction notice is for, and prior to receiving that your landlord is required to serve you with a rent demand and a petition...�..this area of law does happen to be one of our specialties, however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination.
