Eviction Papers

I was served with eviction papers today for a hearing date April 7th I am trying to get all the money together but it seems like even if i do they the landlord will still kick me out. it is an illegal apartment but feel like I have no rights. Need a lawyer who will work with me on the financial end to pay off for i am starting a new job on monday

I am in Merrick and need a lawyer for April 7 at 99 main st. in hempstead. Thanks
