Can a parent evict a child from their home if the child is no longer a minor? there is nor ever has been a rent agreement.

Re: eviction

Parents have a legal obligation to support their children only until they become "emancipated." Emancipation may occur under various circumstances. One way is when a child becomes 21. Since support includes shelter, a parent could remove an emancipated child from the home.
