Re: eviction

Section-8 has MANY specific requirements for landlords, which youve contractually agreed to by receiving the monthly checks from the government. Generally, it is not permitted by Section-8 to have extra people living in the apartment, and is a violation of the contract with Section-8 and the lease.

However, as beingthat yo uare dealing with Section-8 whcih has some pretty tight requirements I would advise you to retain an attorney to handle this eviction for you.
