eviction of 18 year old unruly girl

Is there a procedure to remove an unruly 18 year old girl who comes and goes as she pleases, breaks doors, screams, yell and throws objects around, doesnt clean room or help around house and is very disrespectful to parents, Im am the stepfather, my wife is the biological parent, thankyou

If she is 18 she is deemed an adult. Therefore, the owner can start an eviction proceeding to have her removed from the house.

You may need to proceed in Family Court. Check with the Clerk of the Family Court in your county or with an attorney knowledgeable in Family law before doing anything.
