''exterminator''

my tenant wants me to pay for an exterminator for bed bugs. i rented the apartment to him without bed bugs many years ago.who is responsible for payment of exterminator?

Unless you can prove that the tenant is directly responsible for the infestation problem, the landlord is responsible.
