Re: Fire

You can certainly sue your landlord, but the only way you would recover is if you can prove that he was negligent in some way in causing the fire or failing to take reasonable steps in preventing it from happening. I would be happy to talk to you about the situation and to discuss your options with you.

Should you like to discuss this or any other legal matter, you can call my office to schedule an appointment for a consultation or in the alternative, I can be reached for on-phone low-cost legal consultation at 1-800-275-5336 x0233699.

Re: Fire

You most defenitely can have an opportunity for recourse against your landlord, especially if Landlord had acted negligently...however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination. Property damage claims especially those caused by fire is indeed one of our specialties and you are welcome to contact us for a free consultation.
