Form Needed

I need a P193 sublease form for use in New York State. I cannot seem to find it on the site.

This website has a New York State residential sublease form which can be downloaded for $7.99 by clicking on the LawGuru legal forms link on the left margin of the Law`Guru website page, and then clicking n the sublease link which is under the general group of links labelled "Leases".

The P193 form you referred to is NOT an official New York state designation, is NOT reqired to be used by New York state law as opposed to other forms, but is instead the label used by another vendor of legal forms, Blumberg legal forms, (Blumberg Excelsior).
