Frustrated Landlord

I have a tenant who has been served a 30-day notice to move, his son has paintballed my house twice, the first incident i didnt catch him, but the second one i seen him and video taped it. They even shot from his friends truck.His son is also having friends rev up their trucks in the driveway to bother me and throwing garbage on the property. The tenant is planning on taking his time leaving, so he states. Is this grounds to have a tenant vacate earlier than the 30 days. We served him on May 15, and i was told he doesnt have to vacate until July 31st.
