Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York
My garden apartment complex (23 buildings with 6 apartments in each, 2 on each floor) in nassau county, ny took away the free handicapped parking spaces that were available for all to use, and turned them into regular spaces for tenants to rent. Is this legal? There is a large parking lot in the rear for tenants to rent spaces (absolutely no handicapped spaces) to park their cars.

Probably not. However, I would need to know the Town and Village to give you a better decision.
