girlfriends rights?

my girlfriend lived with me for a year and half. i want her out she wont leave.its my co-op. what rights does she have or can I throw her out. we are not married.

Generally speaking, she has no rights to your personal property. A firm opinion will depend on your actual facts, however.

You will probably need to commence an eviction/ejectment action to get her out if she won't leave. In some areas of the state you could ask the police to keep her out based on trespass laws, but NYPD will not typically take that approach.
