Hi

I inherited my mothers home that my brother was lliving in with my mom.. After my mothers death in Sept.2010 my brother almost immediatelly moved his 21 year old son in and now he is smoking and dealing pot from the house.My brother never paid rent I covered the expenses while the will was being probated, (that took 5 months) and now I want to sell the house. I have asked my brother to get his son out going back to when I first became aware of the drug issue. So far nothing has happened what should I do.

You would need to initiate summary proceedings for the eviction of your nephew. You would need to start by serving a proper notice to terminate.
